"Free migration" sounds good until you ask what you actually have to do. Here are the answers.
What we need from you
Your domain and the host you are leaving. Plus one of three things: an administrator login to the site, cPanel or FTP access at the old host, or a ready backup file. We delete the credentials the moment we are done.
How long it takes
From you — about 10 minutes in total. We bring up a copy on our server and test it in 10 to 30 minutes for an ordinary site. Then you switch DNS at your registrar: 5 minutes of work and up to 24 hours to propagate.
Does the site go down
No. Your old site keeps serving while we test the copy — we only cut over once everything checks out. During the DNS switch both respond, so no visitor ever sees a broken page. You cancel the old host after 7–14 days, just in case.
What it costs
€0, with every plan. WordPress, Joomla, a Wix export or a static site — the price is the same. No setup fee and no migration fee.
What managed means
Ordinary hosting hands you a server and wishes you luck. Managed means the updates, the backups, the certificates and the monitoring are our job, not yours. You write or call — we fix it.
