"Hostika" means Hostika EOOD, registered office ul. Louis Ayer 13, 1404 Sofia, Bulgaria. "Affiliate" means a natural person with legal capacity, or a legal entity, who has accepted these terms by registering for the affiliate programme. "Referred customer" means a person who reached Hostika through the Affiliate's tracking link and entered into a paid contract.
Affiliate must be 18+, hold an active bank account (or Wise/Revolut), and not appear on EU sanctions lists. Hostika employees and contractors may not participate.
30% of paid monthly hosting fees, in EUR, for as long as the customer maintains an active paid subscription. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed.
400-day first-party cookie — the practical maximum browsers allow. Last-click attribution. Cross-device tracking is not guaranteed. If an enquiry made through your link becomes a signup with the same email address, we match it to you by hand. Campaign statistics are for reporting only and do not affect which affiliate is credited.
Prohibited: cookie stuffing, paid search on our brand keywords, false claims about the product, spam, incentivized clicks ("click and I'll send you €5"), social engineering signups. The referred-customer data shown in your affiliate dashboard (name, e-mail address, orders placed) is confidential: you may use it only to verify your own commission, must not disclose it to third parties, must not use it for your own marketing, and must delete it when you leave the programme. Breach is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
Minimum payout €50. Manually on request, within 14 business days of approval, via bank transfer or Wise. Taxes are the affiliate's responsibility.
For partners with a signed individual agreement, the agreement supersedes these terms where it conflicts.
Either party may terminate with 14 days notice. Accrued and approved commissions are paid out; future commissions cease.
Hostika may modify these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued participation after the change constitutes acceptance.
Governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes resolved in Sofia. Personal data processed per GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).
