Access your cPanel

cPanel is where you manage your site — files, email, databases, SSL.

Where to log in

From the client area (/client/) — "My Products & Services" → click your product → "Login to cPanel" button. Single sign-on, no separate password.

Alternative: https://your-domain.com/cpanel (direct URL — requires the cPanel user + password we emailed at account activation).

What lives inside (most-used sections)

  • File Manager — view / edit site files without FTP.
  • Email Accounts — create name@your-domain.com addresses.
  • MySQL Databases — new DBs, users, import/export.
  • phpMyAdmin — direct SQL access.
  • SSL/TLS Status — see which certificates are active.
  • JetBackup 5 — restore from automatic daily backups.
  • WordPress Toolkit — clone, staging, updates.

Change your cPanel password

Top-right of cPanel → your name → "Password & Security". Minimum 12 characters, mix of letters, digits, symbols. Sign out and back in after.

IMAP: mail.your-domain.com port 993 SSL/TLS
SMTP: mail.your-domain.com port 465 SSL/TLS
Username: the full email address
Password: the one you set in cPanel
